• 11 user stories delivered for Sprint 19: 4 have been tested, 3 were accepted

• Moving remnants of sprint into next sprint

• Poised to transition to new development process starting next week – First Prioritization meeting on 1/26

Documentation

• @Christine Di Bella has outlined new documentation for container management functionality

• @BradleyW (Unlicensed) will start writing this documentation with Christine

• Will also be testing container management functionality prior to release

  • Christine is putting together a testing plan

  • Will begin by targeting some people to help with testing

Workshops

• Have presented workshops at Texas A&M, which was used to train a new trainer at UC Riverside

• Past workshop at Tulane (including Nicholls and LSU)

• Upcoming workshop at UNC Wilmington this week, and at Case Western next week

Migration sub-team update

@Noah Huffman

• Working on clarifying migration group’s role in supporting AT/Archon migrations (members can take lead in trying to resolve questions on list, can try to develop tools and documentation, may not necessarily be able to fully maintain scripts)

• Batch EAD import testing

• Working on FAQ, reviewing listserv content for last year to find good candidate topics

• Will be reaching out for input in cleaning up where documentation lives
