Program update

• Sprint 10
• Preparing the 1.3.0 release, introducing new reports, RDE templating, server side improvements, will come out tomorrow
• Voting - incorporating Yale container management plugin was first, will be working on that next, overhauls how AS models the containers
• New groups - working with user design firm that was hired for public UI, Mark Custer will be head of committee, deliverables by end of year
• Meeting in New Haven re. ArchivesSpace and Aeon integration, for requesting, integration will pick up once Aeon releases next release

• Nominations for committees still a work in process, finishing up soon

• EAD import at Harvard (5800) are going to coordinate with the Migration subgroup using Schematron tool

• items grouped into 3 tracks corresponding to the 3 devs: imports/export (Nathan), public interface (Brian), Chris
• How hard are each request to accomplish - value assigned to each (Easy, Medium, Hard)
• Iterative process
• Might switch to month-long sprints instead of 2 weeks
• Promoting release candidates more so more testing can happen
