Plan and implement a calendar of events/activities/discussion questions
First Friday informal discussions for cohort
Quarterly Mixers for cohort
Document outcomes, including keeping data on participation
Assess, refine, and make changes to program and administrative documents, as needed
Review Sub-Team charge
Plan at least one collaborative Member Match quarterly event with other UAC sub-teams
Develop an informal engagement idea for Member Match participants to replace listserv discussions, restructuring the listserv as an announcement platform
Pilot Slack instance for asynchronous engagement and review success at end of cycle
