Engaging with the user community through presentations at the Virtual Forum and informal discussion at Member Match Mixer.
Regular collaboration with Lyrasis staff/developers and the ArchivesSpace Program Manager during our monthly meetings proved incredibly valuable, offering both practical support and insight.
Supported the move to Astro for TechDocs website; re-examined charge and created Jira board for issue tracking; monitoring community through listserv and Slack spaces.
Priorities for next term include: creating documentation for on-boarding new members; continue to build out TechDocs website content; encourage community use of Awesome ArchivesSpace and TechDocs; build a changelog page for comprehensive record of new ArchivesSpace releases; explore working with User Documentation sub-team for collaboration.
