Release candidate for 2.0.0 is out and they will be taking feedback through April 12th.

Have posted a Community Engagement Coordinator position, accepting applications through April 21st.

Membership continues to grow (over 315 member institutions)

Renewal season begins soon; will be contacting institutions in April and May

Annual Forum is on July 25th at Portland State University

Nominations are being accepted for the User Advisory Council

Development Prioritization

Christine Di Bella

Reviewed the proposed workflow developed by Laney for JIRA tickets and had several discussions about it

Continued to work on queuing work for the development team



DocumentationLinda Hocking

Working on the Accessions and Resources sections to update them

Going to coordinate documentation for the Public User Interface with Mark Custer


ReportsCarolyn Runyon

Have tested some of the pre-release candidates

Developing specifications for new reports

Working with Laney to develop better JIRA tickets for reports

Nancy and Carolyn are going to co-lead the Reports subteam



TestingMiloche Kottman

Tested the release candidate for 2.0.0 in mid-March

Mark Custer is setting up meetings every other week to discuss the Public User Interface and testing


OtherGordon Daines

Need a new chair for the UAC; Gordon will be contacting people to see if they are interested in this role

Next meeting will be in May; Gordon will set up a Doodle poll
