Meetings:

• Monthly for first half of term, bimonthly for second half

• Joint meetings with UAC twice per year (probably September and February)

• Last meeting is retrospective of activity for the term

• Members each take a turn as note-taker

Leading by example when possible:

• Commenting/voting on JIRA tickets

• Code contributions

  • While most of the work is very technical (coding required) we’re looking for someone to lead the coordination, which could be someone who doesn’t want to write code

  • Prioritizes feature requests and bug reports for developers working on future releases of ArchivesSpace
