 Survey: Possible modifications for future

  •  Status - stage of development versus implementation status

  •  Category definition - type of survey question is an issue. Dropdown question does not wrap text and choice question results is a very long block. See email sent to Elizabeth on 4/28 -- deleted the multiple choice, going with tiny URL and added choice of "I'm not sure"

  •  Rating Implementation experience - i.e. Rate integrating, Rate usability, Rate support

  •  Add question "What is latest version of ASpace is supported by integration"

  •  Add question on Maintenance Plan/Roadmap

  •  Continue with regularly scheduled working sessions and monthly meetings (TBD based on team's membership)

  •  Retrospective - @Sarit Hand will work on write-up

  •  New pages, restructured pages in Confluence

  •  Template for new integrations if needed

  •  New survey

  •  Categories and definitions

  •  Discuss sub-team needs/membership numbers to report to Valerie for next term - we are looking for at least 3 people

  •  Create annual schedule for maintenance of integration pages/survey and advice on how to upkeep.

  •  Main page: delete tables now that the new pages are mostly completed. - Goal for coming term after full review of pages.

  •  Discuss Leadership for 2022-2023/Future of Integration Team

  •  @Elizabeth Dunham , Vice Lead, Which means 2023-2024 she will be lead

  •  Who will follow as Vice lead in 2023-2024? Will Integrations need one or will it go into maintenance status? TBD based on needs and membership
