  • Vice-lead as a mirror for the leads responsibilities and to step in when necessary; Constant communication

  • Basically doing or know how to do the same things but with the vice lead stepping in when needed

  • Spring portion of the term as a time to split things more evenly.

• Q: How is the load shared across the team?

  • Chair vs. Vice Chair - no work really for the vice chair - many echoed this
