  2. Broad description of API documentation functionality with example (by Dave) (move out of meeting if a quorum don't need it or want to do it offline)
  3. Work plan development
    1. Goals - the general idea is clear, but concrete, measurable, quantifiable
    2. Distribution of labor: key areas
      1. coordination
      2. triage
      3. documentation into spreadsheet
      4. PR creation/submission
    3. conflict resolution (more mean this as "what if people disagree on priorities/best solution" than interpersonal disagreements)
  4. Communication channels
    1. internal, e.g. mailing list, slack, what have you
    2. external, webpage? github account with wiki? what if any visible external comms do we want/need
    3. more meetings? how often? when?
