Delete:

There are a number of historical/obsolete wiki pages that should be deleted so that they do not mislead or distract anyone. They would be preserved in the wiki history if anyone wants their content.

• Backend-API.md -- this just contains a link that can be moved to the homepage

• Changelog.md -- change information is available on the github Releases page

• Migration-framework.md -- obsolete; see https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/commit/5398bf7b43433765d9c4cb1dccda3c5aa5245539
