Presenter Communications

Presenter Navigators

• Confirmation on Presenters

  • Confirmation from majority currently, being tracked on the spreadsheet, 2 outstanding

• Presenter Introductions: Do we have these? Joanne and Ben (Presenter Navigators) to obtain and share/cc Katerina, Alston and Jaime, who will deliver.

  • Katerina can do the first session on the 26th (can’t do the 27th); Alston will do afternoon session on the 26th; Jaime will cover the 27th. Will introduce each speaker. Jessica will handle the ‘call to order’ and moderate Q&A each session. If needed you may need to craft/edit the introductions for time/brevity or if none are submitted. Past example: we request of the presenters is to provide us with the introduction they’d like read before their session, this can include information like their name, title, preferred pronouns (which can help those providing intros if they speak in third person) plus a bio or session description.
