• Changes regarding 3-year terms

  • term change was approved by the Board

  • change to appointment length does not affect current UAC members

• Volunteer to serve as UAC vice-chair next year!

• Changes regarding sub-team membership/leadership

  • Each sub-team should have a lead and vice-lead (who will serve as lead the following year)

    • current leadership should reach out to sub-team members to identify a lead and vice-lead by June

  • All UAC members will be re-assigned to the same sub-teams next term (individual exceptions can be made - email Brittany and Dan by early May if you want to change/add another sub-team). • Next year there will be opportunity to do leadership training- one face-to-face and recorded trainings.

• Nominations for TAC and UAC is due Friday, April 23rd.

• 2nd release candidates released for v.3.0

  • Harvard University spreadsheet feature for creating and editing top containers.

  • University of Cambridge developed a feature to publish and unpublish hierarchies within the public interface.

• Reviewed 7 tickets and currently spec’ing out two projects

• Application for Member Match Program is open. Received over 20 applications so far.

• Worked on advertising Member Match. Presented at ArchivesSpace Online Forum. Helped Jessica create Wiki page with Member Match logo.

• Continuing to solidify program administrative documents.

Feedback and Takeaways from Sub-team led discussions during the March Online Forum

@Brittany Newberry (Unlicensed)

• Member Engagement got some great feedback and ideas for new projects with the start of Member Match.

  • Elevator Speech was one of the ideas shared.

• High of 96 attendees for the Discussion portion of the Online Forum

• Seemed like a really great venue to bounce ideas off of each other and find ways to channel that energy in more formal ways. It was also observed that this was a good venue to share who we are and what we do.
