  • Development Prioritization:

    • We presented at the 4th annual online forum where we tried to show people what we do in this sub-team. We have 0 bugs and features (excluding the ones assigned for May) that are awaiting for prioritization. This past month we were able to also assign and review some of the ones in ‘awaiting more information’ to see if we could make decisions on those. And we have some more ‘awaiting more info’ scheduled for next month as well as a mix of bugs and features that are ‘awaiting prioritization’. In February, March and April we reviewed about a total of 50 tickets (20 of which were pass, 8 were awaiting more info, 22 closed).

  • Integrations: Made great progress!

    • Restructured/added new pages

      • Sarit added blank table template for new integrations https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AC/pages/3060203538 it might be better for this to be located elsewhere so it is easy to find rather than under meeting notes.

      • Christine helped with cleaning up and organizing pages and providing improved category definitions so they will be the same across all pages and the survey.

    • NEW survey created by Elizabeth and Sarit. Questions are designed for users and developers alike. Intended to be reused and conducted either annually or every other year to get regular updates, schedule TBD.

  • Metadata Standards:

    • We were able to hit a major milestone in this year’s workplan to present on multiple topics at the AS Member Forum. We have recorded the feedback and will work it into the remaining work of this term.

    • No other significant updates at this time.

  • Technical Documentation:

    • no updates

  • Testing:

    • Tested 27 Jira tickets in February-April

    • Led discussion session on testing at AS Member Forum
