Accomplishments:
Created documentation for new Custom Reports feature
Continued a systematic review of help center pages, reviewing and updating pages in the Managing Accessions, Managing Resources, and Managing Digital Objects sections of the Help Center
Created a Google Doc to manage work relating to the systematic review of the Help Center pages
Created a page on the User Doc wiki to record ideas for future projects, including consolidating duplicate sub-record pages, adding documentation relating to the public user interface, and improving the documentation surrounding ArchivesSpace reports
Added instructions for adding alt-text to screenshots to style guide for Help Center pages in order to increase usability of the Help Center
Added instructions for merging and deleting pages to the guidelines for updating Help Center pages
Priorities for next term:
Create and update documentation in response to new version releases or user feedback
Continue systematic review of Help Center pages, updating pages as needed
Develop an onboarding workflow and create documentation on what to share with new members
Restructure page watching assignments to be compatible with membership fluctuations
