Caringola @Rachel Searcy Consider talking with your local developers/system maintainers to get their opinions on the documentation, identify gaps, identify potential contributors Liz will ask her dev group after they complete the 3.3.1 upgrade this month. UPDATE: Might have info to share after meeting with them on Friday. - Liz talked to her head dev and the only thing he mentioned was fleshing out documentation for the API; didn’t hear back from most of them. @Rachel Searcy Start documentation on reviewing and merging Github pull requests @Rachel Searcy Contact User Docs to gauge interest in proposing a session for the virtual forum

10-15 minutes	Virtual Member Forum presentation	Liz	Virtual forum scheduled for April 4-5 We’re proposing a joint session with User Docs. We’ll each present for 15 min and have 15 min of discussion. Liz will circulate a Google doc for the team to contribute ideas and share draft slides the week before the forum. Feedback very welcome! If anyone is interested in co-presenting, email Liz. Otherwise Liz is happy to do it. Link to proposal doc:
10-15 minutes	Plan for April TAC presentation	All	TechDocs is scheduled to present at the April TAC meeting (Tuesday, April 11) Prompts: Something relevant to your subteam’s workplan, like workshopping an idea, getting feedback on a decision Suggestions for TAC documentation/training Simply to tell us what your subteam does! Walk us through a recent agenda, talk about a recent decision, peel back the curtain on your subteam! What should we talk about? talk about challenges, what it means to be "rebuilding," creating documentation/resources so that you don't need to be a dev to use tech docs or to be an active/contributing member of the Tech Docs team, create more continuity within Tech Docs with our internal documentation show a pull request in the repository to anchor the conversation and pull back the curtain - we could create a fake example if needed Thanks @Blake Carver for fixing a 404 error we found during the meeting!
Next meeting			April 5, 1pm EST – or cancel since the Virtual Forum is April 4-5? Rachel will send a poll to determine availability the week of March 27 so we can touch base again prior to the Forum and TAC meeting.
