Frank and Diane met last week to discuss creating some documentation of roles, as well as the transition of roles this summer;

Discussion: What are implications if we remove these labels? What are next steps ANW-1709: ArchivesSpace <container> LABEL data: consider removing instance form/genre information (EAD3, EAD Version 2002)Awaiting Prioritization

-Instance type isn’t a required field in DACS/EAD but it is in Aspace. As a result, users input a lot of inaccurate data into instance type “unspecified,” “mixed materials,” etc.

Suggest we close this ticket and write another ticket requesting Instance Type as optional. Might help solve the export issue.
