Update on the agenda and zoom

 

Jessica

Jessica will start to pre-populate the agenda with items and we will be using both zoom breakouts for small group discussions. We will practice with this technology at our next meeting.

Jessica will send registration to the team on March 31st for them to register first as a test.

The call for participation will be extended to April 22nd. This will be announced on April 3.

  • Keep posting and advertising to listservs and communities

  • Jessica will work through the agenda and develop breakout sessions

  • Jessica will contact those who may be interested in a 20-30 minute lightning round about ArchivesSpace for reference.

  • Mariella is waiting for her coworker to return from paternity leave but will have a time estimate for the Caltech People Project presentation soon.

  • Anne Marie will reach out to NAGARA about cross posting for the event and to see if anyone in their organization uses ArchivesSpace for records retention.
