• What has been completed?
  • Support for EAD3
    • EAD3 export is done. Expect to get comments/bug reports though. E.g., long tail of scenarios in EAD2002 in notes.
    • Haven't heard about any work currently underway for EAD3 import–there are data model changes that are needed. Import process will probably be simpler, but don't know how much they've done so far–not much. Need to do more research on this. Would probably be a good idea to target the version of EAD3 coming out of ArchivesSpace, providing the ability to round trip.
• Which items are still relevant for the coming year?
• Did we focus on anything that wasn't included in the original workplan? 

• Migration tools, scripts, etc.
  • Will always be part of our mission–should go on this year's work plan
  • This team has not been involved with the new migration tools that are being developed.
• "Background Work" - responding to user list queries
  • Also will always be part of our mission–also should go on this year's work plan
• Ohers
  • Take some time over the next couple weeks to list what's been hard with migrating.
  • "Migration Resources Portal" idea

• Are there other forums that we monitor for questions in addition to the members forum?
  • The obvious ones.
