  • Topic: Demo Submitting a Jira ticket + Tips and Tricks Part 2

  • To Do: ID Jira tickets to bring to event, who wants to lead?

  • Still 3 registrants, send out another email Monday the 26th

  • Jessica will send it in the monthly newsletter

  • Jaime has one to enhance during the event

  • Jessica highlight new documentation about submitting a bug request

  • Everyone bring in a tip/trick to discuss

  • Will has experience with managing workflow for changing ASpace core code

Member Match program 2024-2025 promotional materials & emails

  • Jessica asks people to acknowledge their matches when they are matched, offer timeline to let us know if they have not reached out

  • Copy last year’s airtable application

  • Add language about commitment to talking to your match when you sign up for this program

  • Ask more clearly about match preferences in terms of numbers (2 vs 3 people)

  • Mary: update language and then finalize it at the next meeting

  • Add checkbox that says I have read and agree to the participant expectations, include main ones that I acknowledge that I have to put in time/respond to someone’s email

April UAC Meeting Discussion (April 23)

  • Add offer to facilitate community engagement in presentation

  • Not here to come up with a program for other teams, want them to come to us with ideas, partnership needs to be valuable for this team, not taking on work for other teams
