Meeting to discuss FAQ page(s) for technical documentation

January 2015 list of questions/issues	Ann	We have reviewed this and we think we need to reevaluate it Our questions: What are good candidates for FAQs? Should the FAQs be available to members only or everyone?
Testing and Features prioritization	Scott	Features prioritization group would be a good place to do some research about possible FAQ items (as sprints are defined, in release notes)
First steps for FAQs	Rachel	Divide up looking at general google group and members listserv to scan for FAQ candidates We'll cover these groups over the past year Members listserv archives: http://lyralists.lyrasis.org/pipermail/archivesspace_users_group/ We'll start with the members listserv and then do the google groups discussions after that
How to evaluate the listserv discussions		We'll generate a list of topics and note which seem to be good candidates
Who can update documentation and where		Bug Wranglers question Our questions about updating documentation

Action items

@Scott Hanrath (Unlicensed) is on the testing group and will look out for FAQ candidates that come through the testing group

@Rachel Maderik (Unlicensed)rik will do the last third of the year

@Ann Cooper (Unlicensed) will email Brad, Sally, and Chris to ask 1) should we go ahead and move the documentation as Scott and Rachel have suggested 2) we'd like to set up a tutorial/invite @Chris Fitzpatrick (Unlicensed) to show us how we should be doing this (in github, .io)
