 Any updates since last group call? 
  • No feedback from larger group on FAQs
 FAQ Potential Topics page 
  • Rachel didn't move over migration or very many import/export issues, but there may be some that could be moved over
    • She moved over things that had really good answer
    • We all skipped things that seemed extremely specific or that have been / likely have been solved by updates
  • All of us need to finish looking through the spreadsheet and moving over issues that haven't been accounted for yet
 How to get feedback? 
  • We would like feedback on the content / questions for FAQ
  • We would also like feedback on how or where to put the final FAQ page so that it remains member-only
  • How can we get feedback from the larger group?
  • Try to identify things that cross over to work with other sub-teams and reach out to them to ask for feedback on specific things.
  • Try to get feedback from User side council.
 Where to put the FAQs when they are done? 
  • Use space where the member-only user documents are (docs.archivesspace.org)?
    • No new logins
    • Already restricted to members

Action items

  • Blake double check with Brad about whether the FAQs must be restricted
  • All will continue to add to Rachel's FAQ potential topics page 
  • Ann Cooper (Unlicensed) will email the general listserv to ask for feedback and the advisory council listserv
  • All will think of specific things to ask sub-teams about
