• Where does ArchivesSpace fit in an archives’ workflow? (as compared to other software)

• How can it be integrated with other tools?

General FAQ issues

• Is the FAQ for both technical and user documentation??

• Will it be behind the membership wall? Ann will ask Brad, etc. to confirm

• Will plan on it being members-only for now

• Which platform will be used for the FAQ?

  • Too early to decide

  • First decide what the initial content will consist of

  • Rachel will move the topics page and will start on a list of concrete questions for the FAQ from her topics

Documentation cleanup

• Report configuration is currently in user documentation

  • End user documentation should only include things in the user interface

  • Anything that is adjusted in the config file should be in the technical documentation

• Chris joined the call, gave an overview of how GitHub documentation works, including how to edit and submit pull requests

• Chris will provide a screencast of the process
