ANW-1806: As an archivist, I'm curious why physdesc and physfacet notes in staff interface are flipped in EAD exportClosed-Will Not Do

Anything more to discuss here? Should we write a specification for the expected EAD3-compliant behavior for the ticket?

Kate tested it and it’s working properly. The issue was resolved. However, physfacet isn’t given its own element tag and isn’t falling within physdescstructured, in EAD3. Sub-team responded to the ticket that the issue is resolved and should be closed. We will submit a new ticket to address the physfacet export bug in EAD3.

When should we send it out? When should we cut off responses to it so we can evaluate?

We spent most of the meeting working on the survey. Not ready yet to be circulated - We’ll continue working on it through next month and then pilot the survey for feedback.

• What has happened with “primary” agent JIRA? Can we incorporate making 1XX primary?

• What does group think of the mappings strategy?
