    • This is mainly the monitoring of community submitted questions, documentation, etc.

  • Discuss new lead responsibilities with new structure.

  • Everyone was in favor of the new proposal.

  • Group suggest that old documentation be reviewed, and edits be provided.

  • While not required or expected members with appropriate skills and in coordination with developers can still provide direct writing/updates to documentation.

Charge/vice lead

• Discuss/begin to formulate new charge.

  • Charge will essentially stay the same and serve as a point person for managing meetings, agendas, tasks, etc.

• Discuss vice lead for next year.

  • Bonnie is interested in the vice lead.
