  • Review the need for a vice sub-team lead and establish role expectations for this position.

    • Add to workplan: write up specific description and expectation of role. What does a Team Lead do, what does a Vice Team Lead do?

  • Select member to fill role (if anyone is available).

    • Variety of reasons why members have not yet stepped up. Bonnie may have capacity but is new and may prefer to wait before taking on more responsibility. Focus on defining role for the year?

  • Does everyone have access to Github repository?

    • Not all yet, added to Action Items.

Add to work plan to write up specific description and expectation of roles. What does a Team Lead do, what does a Vice Team Lead do?
@Michelle Paquette and @Bonnie Gordon to send their Github account info to Christine, so she can add them.
@Alexander Duryee (Unlicensed) to ensure he has full access to the GitHub space
Add to the workplan the building of guidelines and review schedule between this group and the developers at Lyrasis, similar to UAC’s User Documentation Review Process.
All members review Work Plan once more before next month’s meeting, commenting with any edits they may have.
