Really liked that the group focused on a specific task. Might help to break down larger topics or higher-level TAC assignments into ad hoc groups. These things could then be worked on concurrently.
There were clear objectives, clear and measurable deadlines, and regular meetings. This made it easy to commit, made us answerable to what we offered to do, and resulted in a collaborative endeavor.
Grateful at the opportunity to contribute to this Awesome List and to the greater good of our archival community. I happy to see the TAC reaching out to others to participate. I hope that they continue this trend as I think it was worth it.
