Nancy Enneking and Carolyn Runyon discussed a brief web meeting with Jason Loeffler (ArchivesSpace Development Roadmap Working Group) and Laurie Arp (LYRASIS) to provide more information about the draft reports specification. The group also discussed sending early drafts to Hudson Molonglo for feedback.
As a result of that meeting, Carolyn Runyon sent drafts of the Reports Module Requirements and Pre-Defined Reports User Interface documents, as well as the draft Resources List Report Definition and example CSV, HTML, and PDF/RTF exports for the draft the Resources List Report.
Laurie Gemmill forward the documents to Hudson Molonglo for review.
The group discussed the draft specification for the reports module currently under development.
The group approved the the publication of the DRAFT Reports Module Requirements document on the ArchivesSpace wiki.
The group also approved publication of the DRAFT Pre-Defined Reports User Interface document on the ArchivesSpace wiki.
The group reviewed the current list of potential pre-defined reports and will continue to refine this list as time permits. Reports were removed if they were determined to be redundant or if a broader report could be used to achieve the same goal.
The group discussed the need to continue work on the draft list of potential pre-defined reports as well as the draft report definitions and sample exports.
The group discussed the need to add another member to the subteam to accomplish the work of completing the draft specifications for a newly envisioned reports module.
