  • How to handle tickets that are clearly "Awaiting More Info" currently in "Awaiting Prioritization"?
  • Yale usability study.  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yB8ejKvfSokOMZnWn6k8MjL0CYA6WKkq/view  How to make sure the program improves as a result of their findings?  How to democratically decide which features are pusued?  Ask them to create Jira tickets for topics pertaining to "universal need" and have a section in Christine Kim's monthly announcement with links to them for the community to comment and vote on? — Sounds good.
