Tips & Tricks 2 - How did it go?

• a lot less structure, more of a Q&A focused on 1-2 questions (this worked well)

• less pressure, only 6-7 people that came (half team members, half program participants)

• people seemed to enjoy this structure especially with a small group

3rd Quarterly Event

• Will be joined by Dan Michelson to discuss Jira ticketing

• Finalize date/time (March)

  • Online Forum is April 4th-5th

  • Last week in March not good

  • Wednesday, March 8th at 1 EST

  • Bailey will make a temp. outlook event for the team

  • Bailey will write up brief description with Dan tomorrow

  • Jessica will make registration/event

  • We can all be prepared with some prompts/questions

• Promote event 2-3 times in February

  • Bailey will push out to Member Match listserv week of February 6th (probably on Monday or Tuesday - not Friday)

  • AS Monthly - will go out last work day of February

  • Mary will push out to listserv again on Monday March, 6th?

  • did a good job setting expectations this year, less reaching out to Jessica to be in their meetings
