  • Jessica will continue to promote new applications

  • First Member Match event for next term can be easy-greasy

• Final 22'-23' Event to Plan

  • In lieu of final event (due to smaller team yada yada), engagement with listserv every 2 weeks until end of term

• Final Survey - change to single text box: we’d love to hear any final thoughts - please provide any feedback

  • final email to notify them that the term is ending, you’ll be removed from listserv (added back if you re-applied) and link to form

  • Bailey will make this super simple form in Airtable and share

• May close applications and make matches - loop in Regina since she’s done this before as well

• Loop Regina in on Retrospective work too as needed
