5minRoll call and updates on membership

Any word on Phil?

5minNew responses to the  ArchivesSpace Integrations Information form

Got responses on CollectionsSpace which we will add to the wiki as a Tier 3. Will also need to ask Litchfield Historical Society if they have anything at all we can point to.

Also got reponses from Harvard which we'll add as "Other Community Projects"

5minHAIG (ArchivesSpace/Hydra) call recap

5minPREMIS (ArchivesSpace/Archivematica) call recap
20min

To-dos from last time:

Patrick Galligan (I think you had the Rolls to-do from a while back...)

Max Eckard

Roles for different tiers were hard to work out. Since we're such a small team, and since we can't speak on behalf of ArchivesSpace or on behalf of any institution, we decided that we'd focus on gathering and disseminating information and facilitators of conversation.

Next time we'd like to have a bigger discussion about adding a "Pre-Planning" Integrations chart to the Integrations page. This is where we could point to information on and institutions intersted in Aeon and Hydra integrations, for example, or for PREMIS Rights Statements between Archivematica and ArchivesSpace.

Work plan check-in and wrap-up

Next call is , 2pm - 3pm EST.

Action items

  • Max Eckard will add the CalTech Archives Integration Tools, CollectionsSpace, EADChecker and ArchivesSpace PreProcessor to the Integrations and Other Community Projects page.
  • Max Eckard will send out an e-mail detailing the above additions to the listserv.
  • Patrick Galligan will take notes during the Aeon Symposium (during presentations and discussions).
  • Next time we will have a bigger discussion adding a "Pre-Planning" Integrations chart to the Integrations page.
  • Sally Vermaaten (Unlicensed), will you add an agenda item to the next TAC call on whether and how we should maintain points to "Other Community Projects" on the ArchivesSpace wiki? We'll be adding some to the Integrations page, but we don't know if this is the best place. Maybe Patrick Galligan and I can tag-team this one on the TAC call since he brought it up in the first place.
