• Division between Creating and Managing Resource Records, Creating a Minimal Resource Record, and Adding Additional Information to a Resource Record

  • No merge function, we don’t have delete permissions.

• .yml instructions in manual, found in https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ArchivesSpaceUserManual/pages/895812108 and https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ArchivesSpaceUserManual/pages/893976727 . The instructions verge into tech doc territory, but are more fleshed out than this page tech-docs .

• Digital Object page review assignments

We’re going to integrate page assignments into the Google spreadsheet. Margaret and Johanna will add new columns to the sheets and will move the DO assignments.

User Doc presentation at UAC meeting

We will be presenting at the UAC meeting on December 21

• Tour of administration pages (workflow, style guide, google sheet, future projects)

  • Focus on Accessibility (including alt-text)

• Show new work (Custom Report pages, other?)

• Questions for group:

  • Accessibility issues we should address?

  • Suggestions for accessibility guidelines?

  • Suggestions for managing pages for future iterations of group?

When is next version release scheduled? Anything we should start working on, particularly with holidays coming up?

From Jessica: In terms of the next release, there may be a small release soon to fix some bugs but that wouldn’t impact this team at all.  The next version release it is still on track for end of this year/early next year.  The only new thing will be custom reports.  You’ve already done most of the work for that.  There may be some changes that need to be made to reflect changes to the application but I don’t know for sure yet.
