Importing Records Overview questions

• Images in a table vs. underneath

• Background Jobs here and on its own page - separate?

*Reminder to put in the date a page was reviewed (month and year).

Group suggested leaving images in the table and adding captions underneath.

Background Jobs page - consolidate documentation into one location. Kelly will remove Background Jobs section from Importing Records Overview and update Background Jobs page.

Good example of need to consolidate pages.

Amanda will separate into two pages:

• Importing Accession Data from a CSV file

• Importing Digital Object Data from a CSV file

Additional Importing/Exporting CSV documentation

• Assessment CSV documentation is only located in Managing Assessments section

• Location CSV documentation needs to be created

• Subjects CSV documentation needs to be created

Kelly will draft documentation for Location and Subjects CSV, and create a page in the Importing and Exporting Data that references the Assessments page.

Elizabeth will draft documentation for the new PUI features.
