Suggestion made to split into two pages : Importing Data; Exporting Data

Most pages are “Importing…” so it wouldn’t make much difference - Thoughts?

Duplicate Documentation

There are currently multiple pages documenting the same function, which need to be edited separately, causing them to get out of synch and requiring extra work to edit. Proposed solution: move instructions out of current sections (example: Accessions, Resources) and make a single page at the same level as the current parent page.

Additional information can be found in the Future User Doc Projects page.

1. How would these duplicate pages be organized? Under a parent page called what?

2. Would there still be a page under the section containing language with a link to the “primary' page? (i.e., “Dates Sub-Record - Accessions” page would have a “See Dates Sub-Record page” or “Please refer to the ‘Dates Sub-Record’ page located under XX for detailed guidance.”)
