    • Potential approach: Form sub-teams for the three main areas of our work plan, with 2-3 people per sub-team

    • Potential issue: Can these happen concurrently? Should the Communication, Documentation, and Project Management work happen first?

    • Sarit: The sub-teams can make intentional notes on the process. Through doing, we will learn what might work. e.g., scheduling what needs to happen and when for the External Facing documentation will be learned during the update and that can be shared with the Documentation sub-group
