Member Match Program

Application: Member Match Planning and Form Questions - 2020

• Next steps:

  • need to finalize

  • decide application:

    • Google Form

      • Jessica has volunteered to create the form if we need it

    • Airtable

      • may be useful for other aspects of the program

      • We will try this out for the application

      • Jessica will create a generic ArchivesSpace account for Airtable

      • Bailey and Brittany will work on application

      • Before January meeting - add questions and comments to Google doc

  • Need to have programming to announce the program and applications opening

    • share in March during Online Forum (note that the forum is for anyone not just members)

    • present on the program

    • we willmdo both an online forum and webinar (Webinars happen on Wednesdays at 2pm)

    • Jessica will send available webinar dates for March and April

    • May do online forum with a group of TAC/UAC sub-teams talking about intiatives

• Deadline for draft application: ready by the February meeting

ArchivesSpace Diversity Partnership Program

Institutions can be a part of the Member Match program

not a requirement

Institutions will start their ArchivesSpace membership in July

Determine matches for partners in May while we are working on the other matches

may want to go beyond the form when we are creating these matches
