(ask Jessica to delete the version created by Eden) and ready to publish Jessica to review the Make Representative documentation we have written so far Rebecca to review and figure out where to redistribute info from Publishing Digital Objects and Embedding Thumbnails Johanna’s work on the resource record tree is good to go, have Jessica do a final review and publish.

You can’t work in two different repositories in the same browser at the same time.”	Discuss this comment and decided this is the best page to put a disclaimer regarding working in two ASpace repositories in the same browser. Request for user manual edits	Choosing a Default Report (v. 2.2.2) Comment: This section does not include the “Resources Restriction List” that shows up on previous versions of this. For the revised entry, could you include information on how the total extent is calculated?	Notes from last meeting: Need to figure out where information is pulling from for the reports. Check with Tech Docs and maybe bring up at UAC for future planning. Margaret to check where the information for extent pulls from. Can someone mentioned this at the UAC meeting on 5/16 to see if there ar comments on this? The larger issues is where the info for the canned reports pulling from? Resource Restriction List description: Restricted Resources Displays only those resource(s) that are restricted. Report contains title, resource identifier, level, date range, creator names, and a total extent number of the records selected that are checked as restrictions apply.
