Should we find a way to consolidate this information? There seems to be confusion on what we do, how can we use existing or new documentation to fix that. Everyone will brainstorm a way to rename the Tiers for integrations

Action Items

All will look at Alma doc and see if they have any comments/notes
All will brainstorm community outreach opportunities to take to Lyrasis to get our message out
All will brainstorm new names for the Tiers of integrations so they are more descriptive and less hierarchical
