Follow up on UAC user doc presentation on 12/16/2020

Are there actions we should take based on feedback received at the UAC meeting: 2020-12-16 Meeting Notes

One action item might be to make the comment feature much more visible:

• We could potentially add language to the landing page of the Help Center about how to add comments

• We could add this to a monthly update. “We need your help…”

• Member match/Member Engagement Sub team might be a good way to highlight how members can engage with the ASpace community

  • Maybe a User Doc Coffee Chat or another avenue to share the work that we do and how the community can contribute or enhance our work.

• Maybe even an open community discussion

Next steps and timing of release of version 3.0

Some pages need screenshots and Jessica will confirm when the application is ready for those screenshots.

The release candidate is currently being worked on and will be released as soon as possible.

The ASpace webinar Jan 13, 2021 at 2pm is still on.

At our next meet we should do a post-mortem for the Agent page edits to talk about the process.
