Folder with section assignments and style guide | Documentation is complete. Moved the page into the ArchivesSpace Basics section. Ultimately, this page should reside in a Public User Interface section when that gets created in the future. Due to the size of the current team, we will wait to publicize this document in August after the new term begins. Rebecca will add a statement about what version of ArchivesSpace this document is based on. |

Google drive folder | Review documents and discuss owner transfer | Margaret is working on transfer of ownership of google drive documents. |
Development updates | Discuss any updates as needed. | Coming soon(ish)…. New functionality that will require new pages such as the ability to duplicate an archival object or resource record; possibly some changes related to bulk editing. Work is being completed towards development of a specification for multilingual description - this will be a big project for this team, but might not be developed by the end of next term - TBD. Subsequently, the team will focus on updating duplicate pages in the first part of next term in anticipation of new development on the roadmap. Program update: Discussions regarding the future work of Tech Docs sub-team (TAC) happening now and the team will be updating their charge. They will no longer be responsible for maintenance of technical document in ArchivesSpace. They will be become fully responsible for Awesome ArchivesSpace github list. For User Docs, we will now be able to go to the program team when we need clarity on documentation that crosses into the technical parts of the application. |
