• We can change the team responsibilities document/goals as we want, just need to update UAC of changes

• → Ongoing goal: Review and update team responsibilities page to match our efforts

• Work Plan: no liase, add new Member Match tasks

• First Fridays + Team Meeting on Fridays = a lot of Friday time commitments

• In lieu of team meeting when we have a quarterly event, replace sub-team meeting timeslot with quarterly event timeslot

  • Then, Mixer 1 is Oct 16, with NO sub-team meeting that month

• → Mary: Make recurring Zoom for monthly and calendar event – done

• → Jessica: Be sure to make a separate Zoom for monthly mixers

• Also encourage listserv discussion if people do not want to join the Slack

• → Jaime get the ball rolling on establishing Slack channel

• → Jessica will get confirmation from Christine about using Slack like this → YES

• Desire for us to provide participants with discussion topics for their matches
