Decision - the display logic for the titles in the PUI should be:
1- There should be an optional check box to make a specific title the display title in the PUI
2-If that option is not checked, the title that matches the selected language of the UI should be displayed
3 - If neither of the above are met, the primary display title should be the first title listed

The check box is new and will need to be implemented. Thimios suggested that this could also apply to the PDFs. Jessica updated MCTF-1, 2, and 3 with this.

Decision - the titles sub record should be open by default with a set of empty fields for the first title to be applied (right now you have to select add title to open up a set of fields. Jessica updated MTC-1

Lite mode discussion

The group had an interesting conversation about the need for a “lite” version of multilingual descriptive support. The group agrees this is necessary but it will not be an on/off option. Some elements of the mlc work will need to be included in lite mode.

The group also likes the idea of either using the preferences section of the application and/or creating an option to add required fields beyond what the application will require within the SUI.
