Get some goal dates for when to launch next application and when to have promotional materials done

Feb. 22nd Deadline:

Finalized short post for February monthly update (posted on February 25) -reference last year’s program.

Draft of the application

Draft of posts for the listservs and general promotion

Drafted changes for participant expectations

Possible Working Group Tasks:

1. revise application -

   1. include question about 2-person match vs. group (positive feedback from 3-person groups)

   2. simplify! gathered so much data, and it made it too complicated to make matches

      1. hosting, location, developer vs. archivist; all important and helpful

      2. instead of what is your role: what are the 3 tasks you most frequently execute in AS

   3. Perhaps do sections for application, one for the few things we’ll use to make matches, and others for important data gathering

2. rethink/revise promotional materials - Feb. 22nd

   1. Final Text to Jessica for Monthly Update by February 24th - announcing the applications will open soon

   2. Listserv post/s - main listserv & member match listserv
