Developer Onboarding wiki pages for review and enhancement - /wiki/spaces/ADC/pages/894533891

While some of these docs could be absorbed by Tech Docs, most still need to be within the program team domain since they are more administrative.  If we identify new team members soon, reviewing these pages and determining their disposition may be a great new member project.

As of 2.8.1 tech docs is fully separated from building releases!

New Business/Open Discussion

Lora/Everyone2.8.1 is released! This was a surprisingly robust release with lots of good stuff. The team worked really hard and over 100 PRs went in.
Lora/Jessica

3.0 and goals for the remainder of 2020

All that's going into this release is the Agents remodeling.  This means we are effectively in a code freeze and team members shouldn't expect to have any PRs assigned right now.  Feel free to review if you have time though.

Expanding the team.  Any recommendations for additional team members?  What sort of timeline do we want to set for growing the team?

From last month: Using our own networks, Hackktoberfest participants and past submitters, the team will identify several potential new members to look at growing the group.  By the group's estimate, Core Committers is 2 members short of the original starting team.  We'd love to see at least 2 new members join the team.

Lora sent a doodle poll to identify a potential new time for these meetings for the New Year.
