	Everyone	Developer Onboarding wiki pages for review and enhancement - Developer On-boarding	While some of these docs could be absorbed by Tech Docs, most still need to be within the program team domain since they are more administrative. If we identify new team members soon, reviewing these pages and determining their disposition may be a great new member project. As of 2.8.1 tech docs is fully separated from building releases!

	@Dave Mayo (Unlicensed)	Anything from the Ad Hoc API group? Any forthcoming PRs?	A couple of PRs from this team have been submitted and at least one other item is in the process of getting made into a PR. Dave has noted that he would appreciate extra on https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/pull/2089 though extra eyes are appreciated on anything.
	@Steve Majewski (Unlicensed)	Investigating other database backends other than mysql	Steve put in a small patch to fix an issue with MariaDB.
10 min		New Business/Open Discussion
	Everyone	New Tech Lead, Brian Hoffman, has been announced and will be joining the ArchivesSpace program team and Core Committers in March!	The team will dedicate some time in the next meeting to introduce ourselves to Brian, explain this team and each member's role in it. If any team members have any goals for the future of this team, we can bring them up then too.
	Jessica	We are now accepting both session proposals and ideas for topics via our online form at https://forms.gle/dvukC8Y6a2evvswv8. We will be reviewing proposals on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to get your proposals in early. Submissions will be closed on March 5, 2021, with final notification from the planning team by March 17, 2021.
	Lora/Jessica	3.0 update	Hope to have RC out in the next two weeks but there are lots of contingencies. Want to have it out before Brian starts. There are current open PRs that will not go into 3.0 that don't relate to agents. These PRs will get assigned to core committers after 3.0 comes out. 	Everyone	Expanding the team.	We're still accepting and exploring nominations to join the team but we're going to wait until Brian is on board to reach out to any recommendations.
